Virtual Wellbeing Days

 

Yoga is a great addition for Virtual Wellbeing Days and events aimed at hybrid and remote teams. Our Mindful Movement Sessions add much-needed variety to predominantly seated events. They work well for bringing people together across multiple locations and can be tailored to suit a particular theme or objective, such as mindfulness, self-care, or stress management. Our most popular session is Rest and Restore, a 60 minute practical session that combines gentle yoga to address desk-based posture and guided breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the  nervous system and make space for proactive rest.

 

We love co-designing these sessions with our clients and are happy to share examples of what others have done to spark new ideas. Equally, if you want something more ‘plug-and-play’, we have a selection of workshop outlines we can share with you. Stress Management and Balance are common themes for summer and autumn Wellbeing Days, while deeper Rest and Restore themes work well for end of year team events and pre-holiday virtual socials.
